Established in 2013, Vibronix, Inc. aims to provide advanced imaging and sensor technologies for precision healthcare. We provide innovative integrated solutions for fast and precise disease diagnosis and treatment with interwoven ideas in vibrational spectroscopy, optical and acoustic imaging, augmented reality and machine learning. Our main products include the CARSA, the AcouStar and the MarginPAT. The CARSA is an in vitro diagnostic device that provides fast antibiotic susceptibility testing based on stimulated Raman imaging with short exam time and high accuracy. The AcouStar is an optoacoustic fiber guide based on optical tracking and augmented reality for tumor localization in soft tissue and instrument guidance with sub-millimeter accuracy and intuitive tumor visualization. The MarginPAT system is a multi-model intraoperative imaging tool based on traditional ultrasound and photoacoustic tomography that provides high sensitivity in cancer detection and short procedure time.
Our company has several ongoing healthcare software development projects that require designs, testing, modifications, upgrades, and additions to maximize new functions and help reinforce existing functions. Due to the continued growing need for healthcare software systems, we seek to hire a Software Developer. The Software Developer will handle the design aspects of our health care software development projects. The Software Developer will perform software design, development, testing, and modification duties and develop test cases to ensure optimized software application performance with our healthcare software systems.
The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:

Review design solutions and participate in the entire software development lifecycle for our commercial and industrial health care projects;

Develop software for the company’s advanced imaging and sensor technologies that adhere to internal quality standards and all ISO, FDA, and QSR regulations;

Modify existing software to address issues, correct errors, and enable its application to diagnostics systems and equipment;

Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences;

Conduct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation;

Revise, repair, or expand existing software programs to increase operating efficiency, ensure low failure rates, and adapt to new requirements or demands;

Create and maintain documentation including software development plan, requirements, verification and validation documents, risk management documents, and manuals;

Travel occasionally to the China office to monitor the software development process, working with software and hardware suppliers to verify design requirements and ensure compliance with project plan;
Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or closely related major;

Proficient in C++, Matlab, Python, Java, and PL/SQL;
-
International and domestic travel (20%).
